Technicraft has been serving clients for more than ten years now, providing a range of Internet, design, bookkeeping and business services. Co-owners Justin and Sally Dagna have diverse skills that we use to help other businesses perform special projects and fill unusual needs on an on-going or project-by-project basis. We enjoy unique and challenging projects that require a combination of technical, personal and creative skills. In fact, that is the origin of our company's name: technical + craft = Technicraft!
Our goal is to act as your virtual back office, making your business run smoothly and make a professional impression. We allow business owners to focus on revenue-producing core competencies, not administrative minutia that require specialized skills.

Our rates vary based on the needs of each project, and we have used a variety of pricing models including hourly rates, pay-by-project or unit, bonus schemes and profit-sharing or royalty arrangements. For each project, we implement a specific contract that outlines deliverables, payment schedules and deadlines for materials provided by you and work performed by us. We accept payment by credit card (using PayPal) and check or money order.

About the Owners
Justin and Sally Dagna own Technicraft Business Services. We verify the quality of all work provided by our company and provide most of the services we offer ourselves.
Justin Dagna
Justin Dagna has extensive experience in tax preparation, bookkeeping, technical writing, design and layout. He is currently completing a degree program in business accounting and is a certified Notary Public. With a mix of logical and creative skills, he has been able to create effective financial reports, teach courses on computers and taxes, write proposals and instruction manuals and format everything for cost-effective printing/publishing done right the first time.
Sally Dagna
While living in Arizona, Sally owned a successful special event planning and catering company. She also earned her BFA in film production from the University of Arizona and was a partner in two independent film companies, producing documentary and dramatic projects. Since then she has worked as the executive assistant to a variety of corporation owners and division heads. Her years of excellent office organization and management.experience, along with her own set of film-related creative talents, round out the team.
